Adam grew up in the Boston area and attended Reed College in Portland, Oregon. Upon returning to Boston after graduation, he had a variety of experiences, including being lead singer in a rock band called Furious George, working for Lotus Software, and writing music journalism. But after taking an improvisational comedic acting class while living in San Francisco, he realized his mission in life is to be funny-- or serious. Or seriously funny.
